Katie Kibota is a private voice instructor and an active member in the Portland-metro area educational and professional theatre arts scene. Whether she is singing with Portland Opera or coaching students in local high school theater organizations, Katie works to empower those around her to live authentically through the medium of music. Katie holds a Master's of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor's of Music in Music Education and a Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance from Central Washington University. She also holds certificates in small business management and marketing and loves to chat about money-mindset and business strategies with other creatives. When she's not on stage, you can bet that Katie is either watching sitcoms with her wife and dog or sitting at the piano writing songs.
